Pathways into Community Change

CLP

The Community Learning Partnership (CLP) is dedicated to advancing transformative community and social change by expanding the credentialed workforce of knowledgeable, skilled leaders and organizers.

CLP centers individuals from low-income communities, communities of color, and immigrant communities—ensuring that those most impacted by injustice are leading the work to create lasting change.

Community Learning Partnership

CLP builds clear and accessible pathways into community change careers. We prepare individuals directly impacted by systemic inequities to step into leadership roles where they can:

• Organize and mobilize their communities
• Advocate for equitable policies
• Transform systems that impact their daily lives

Through this work, participants are gaining credentials and becoming leaders shaping the future of their communities.  CLP empowers leaders from marginalized communities to pursue careers in community organizing, engagement, and leadership.
